    helpp with this connector

    hey r3v! i need help , theres a connector that i have no idea where it goes, does anyone have an idea or knows where this connector needs to be connected too?(im holding the connector) it runs right next to the MAF. i was thinking maybe it needs to connect to the temp sensor?? and my cluster temp gauge isnt working so thats y i think it connects to the temp sensor .plz help.

    I believe its for the evap emissions valve. pull back the boot and check the color of the wires....BRN RED/WHT

      yeah its a red&white wire and a brown wire....where does that go?can i just leave it unplugged?

        Not if you need to pass some kind of inspection that requires all of the original smog equipment from the E36. You will get a CEL for evap. You need to get an E36 evap valve and plumb it into the E30 evap system (or leave it dangling if the inspector doesn't care and you only want to get rid of the CEL).

          Probably Evap purge valve.
