    a few questions

We picked up an e30/m50tu swapped car to use for endurance racing. There are some things that need to be done to bring it up to snuff. We have plenty of experience with the e30, just not so much with the swapped car.
1- solid motors mounts- looks like the AKG's are the way to go. Will using these correct the shifter angle? If yes, then can you use the stock e30 tranny brace?
2- Brake booster. I have read plenty of threads regarding this and it seems there is no "this is the absolute best" option. That being said, our car currently has the 2002 tii booster but this is shot and needs to be replaced. We have a few stock e30 boosters laying around that we would like to use. Since the stock booster needs to be moved over some, will this move the pedal set over also?
3- Engine removal. Does the intake need to be removed first?

Im assuming that your car is already swapped...
1)No mounts will change the angle of the tranny to use the stock brace. The shifter angle can be corrected by bending it a bit. That is what I did for my Z4 2.5 shifter. The carrier may need to be twisted as well
2)I used a stock booster and put shims between the drivers side motor mount and arm. This, with some fins on the intake shaved down, gave me plenty of clearance...and no pedal movment.
3)might make it easier to take off the intake mani 1st.

Yes the car was already swapped. Some stuff was done very neatly, and then there's the other stuff

The tranny bracket is fine, we just need to repair some rust spots around the passenger side of the mount. Is it typical to shim down the center driveshaft support?

The shifter seemed fine and I think they installed a UUC SSK which we'll get rid of- too notchy and the risk of a missed shift is huge with this setup.

Are you talking about the center driveshaft support bearing? Mine bolted in with no problem.

Yes, this had about 1/2" of stacked washers between the bracket and the under body on each side.
