    m52 obd1 issues

i have a 91 e30 with obd1 swapped m52. i have a trm tune chip and running 21.5 injectors. the thing is that when it's cold it won't idle. i don't know if that's typical or what but once it's warmed up it will usually stay idling. and if i climb up in speed slowly it drives fine but still a little chuggy. but the main problem is when i put my foot down it just cuts all power. doesn't move at all. the rpms don't rise and i gain no speed. but this only happens if i pass halfway on the throttle. i tried looking for vacuum leaks and couldn't find anything. unplugged maf and it ran worse. unplugged tps and it ran worse too. i started pulling vacuum hoses to see what i could find and found out the hose from the intake manifold to the fpr doesn't do anything when i unplug it. so i swapped fpr's and still the same result. i read the codes on it and i pulled 3 codes. o2, evap, and speed sensor. i didn't think that the speed sensor would have an effect like this but maybe i'm wrong. PLEASE HELP!

thinking maybe the icv could be bad or dirty? and fuel pump needs replaced? i don't know.
If you're not going to do it right, please don't take it out on your car!
