    S50 Dyno Problems

I have a very good friend that is trying to dyno his s50/e30 but once they connect the car for the torque and the air/fuel and start the engine the dyno computer start to have problem and they have to restart the pc.

The only way they can dynomthe car is placing a piece of cardboard, wood or plastic in the muffler so the air/fuel sensor doesnt touch the car and disconecting the torque reader.

They changed all the ground cables on the car and the problem keep happening.

You might also try adding another ground cable.

I have my engine grounded on both sides of the block.

Static from the tires. Try grounding the car to earth.
