Motor mount upside down, big deal?

Looked in the bay to see what sized washers I need to shim up the passenger side for manifold clearance and noticed the mount was metal side up. Should I flip that around or is it ok like it is?

A local shop did the swap so I have no idea why its mounted like this.

Its the rubber mount going between subframe and aluminum motor mount, the e28 part. I'll flip it when I put the washers between the rubber mount and the aluminum motor mount.

I changed the spark plugs to bkr6ek's yesterday as it had a slightly lumpy idle and I had 4 NGK 6Ek's and 2 TR5's in the motor lol

In all fairness this was their first swap like this and a learning experience for me and them, I'm cool with it.

I'm not mentioning names but the guys do good work, this was just the first time they've done a 24v swap on an e30, I have no complaints, and they went above and beyond to make things right for a couple months after the swap.
