    FRESH OBD2 M52 SWAP : MISSFIREs CYLINDER 1 / 2 HELP

    i got missfire on my fresh m52 swap, on cylinders 1 ( and randomly on cylinder 2 ) ( P301 / P302 ).
the engine runs really smooth at idle
the engine pushes really strong to the red line on the first acceleration, but next it will cut at high rpm, shutting off 2 or 3 cylinders, letting you with no power and a V8 sound. when decelerating we can hear unburnt fuel farts.
also when shifting 1st to 2nd, or when decelrating in neutral, looks like the engine keeps some revs, the same as if the throttle cable was blocked but it is not. ( about that, my computer is reading 16.5% throttle opening while idling, is it good ? idle rev is 800 )

    - O2 sensors are brand new
    - spark plugs are brand new ( even tried differents brand new sparks )
    - swapped coils from cylinder 3 and 4, missfire stay at cylinder 1
    - cylinder compression tested at approx 13 bars
    - vaporised a start pilote bottle to detect vaccum leaks, looks like there is no leak

    HELP.

How old are the coils? You might need a whole new set?

hummm.. i think i inverted O2 sensors wire plugs, because of the wire lenght ( because of the bling bling headers )...

ok, plugs were inverted, but it will do the same, high rpm cut and run on 3 cylinders.

i'm in touch with Dave from Marketmotorworks, ( where i bought the flashed DME for my swap ), and he thinks the DME must be bad, he will send me another one !
