So I have been reading all the "shift carrier" threads, and there has been mixed reviews. I am guessing that this might end the same way. My issue is that I have a UUC evo shifter with the ZF trans and carrier. My shifter is far forward in the console. First gear looks like second gear. Just wondering if anyone knows the resolution.

Last time i tried ~3 yrs ago i never could get the UUC in there just right for reasons unknown to science... Stock ZF shifter works fine though...
