Hi, the 944 booster setup doesn't float my boat, so I'm looking to go back to an E30 booster and move it across (I prefer not to go a dual-chamber booster, cos I'd like some room to play with around the intake boot). The catch is my car is right-hand-drive, has anyone done this on a RHD car?
For those wondering why I can't just do something like this, the short story is that on a RHD the clevis is horizontal not vertical.
The long story is that while your LHD pedals look like this: http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E3..._light_switch/ ....
... mine (on the right-hand side of the car), looks like this: http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E3..._light_switch/
Notice anything missing, like perhaps a brake booster?! So, moving to the left (passenger) side of the car, we find this: http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E3...eflection_rod/
In the flesh, it looks like this:

I'm wondering if
a) the whole pivot assembly will move across with the booster, so I just have to wind out the length adjustment on #11 (in the last schematic) or
b) somehow lengthen the output (lower) lever on #6
Thanks.
