Not sure what you mean by welds? It's a solid rod.

You should of measured from the back of you e30 booster to the clevis and then measure the audi one.

So far yes, Just waiting on my welder to come and weld a small crack by my strut tower. Then I can paint. I did a mockup and all of the stock lines can be bent to work making this a good candidate for others. How much did you shorten the Booster rod? I already rethreaded the stock e30 one which was really easy.

The only thing I am having trouble with at the moment is the brake lines. Stock bmw used 3/16 brake lines with a m10 bubble flare. Stock Audi uses 1/4 brake line with m12 bubble flare. I ordered some adapters from the interwebs and hopefully it works out. Any input is appreciated.

I bled my brakes on friday with the new S4 MC and all I can say is that the braking seems to be good. Pedal is not to stiff and not too loose.

Before you remove the clevis from the e30 booster. Measure from the flat part on the booster (the one that's against the firewall) to the end of the clevis.
You'll need to rethread the clevis to the same size as the Audi pushrod. You'll also have to cut down the Audi rod a few inchs back but with the measurement you took on the e30 booster, you can determine how much of the rod to cut off.

23.something mm. I can't remember exactly. Either way I'm sure they both have enough braking potential. Tomorrow I'm gonna put the 25.4 S4 MC and get the lines bleed (if all goes well) and ill post up how the pedal feels!
