E30 S50 Swap

Good evening everyone! My name is Alex and I am hopefully going to be getting into E30s! I am very excited about this transition. I currently own a 1979 E21 which has served me well and I love it very much. I believe it's time to move forward.

Before I dive into the E30 world I want to get the opinion of this very respected forum. After months of soul searching for the right car, this one popped up (http://skagit.craigslist.org/cto/3536548282.html)

I was hoping I could get your guys' thoughts, ie value, apparent build quality and anything else. I understand it's not the most to go off of, but I would like valued opinions before I go out and spend all this money.

my first thought is if you have 15k to burn build an s52 turbo car.

I certainly will not be paying 15k for the car. The seller has offered me a lower, undisclosed amount that I am contemplating. Much less than 15k. That's good to know that that amount could build me an S52, the only problem is, I don't have the time or experience. I appreciate the insight.
