Intrument bulbs on with no keys !!!

I have just changed my engine harness for my M50 NV, every thing worked fine
I cut the X20 plug and linked the wires to the c100 plug .. every thing went great , car worked like charm

Next day an idiot with a Cherokee hit me on my passenger fender ,
Now I have these lights ALWAYS On when I remove the KEYS

1-Brake pad sensor (although It is not wired to the pads )
    2- flickering yellow inspection bulb
    3-flickering oil bulb (dash board)

All these are ON ONLY when I remove my KEYS !!!!

4- some times the car would crank but never turn on !!!! (checked the coils are getting sparks , Injectors are getting pulses )
and after a while it starts and works like a charm

Now the car is parked and it crank but not starting ... !!!

what could possibly a A hit (slight one nothing is banged) could do to cause all this ...??

My first approach would to inspect the battery, then the ignition switch for any obvious issues, I would also inspect grounds. If nothing is obvious, I'd then trace the circuit of the bulbs that keep illuminating.

I found out .. the smallest wire to the starter (green/brown i guess ) was loose and touching the hot wire cable ..
I just but it back .. and every thing works just fine
