Help with heater core, motor mount, and intake manifold! S52 (almost done!)

Hey guys, almost done with my swap! I just have a few discrepencies.

    Motor Mounts
So I got the motor mounts in, took a lot of work the passenger side I have the metal clicked in into the slot. Went in just fine, driverside if I click the motor mount same as the passenger it kind of binds. I flipped it the other way, but now I don't know how I'm going to screw it.

    Heater Core
So I need to know how the heater core is routed, anyone have detailed pictures? I have the hose in the back of the block going to the top part of the heater core. And the one from the side going to the bottom part of the heater core. I will upload pictures in just a bit. FIGURED IT OUT

    Intake Manifold
So you know how the S52 manifold hits the brake booster, can I just shave off a bit of the intake manifold? Relocating is quite tedious, and I would like to avoid it if possible.

    Evap Delete
How do I delete the evap system? The canister is a big mess and annoying.

    Fuel Lines
Anyone have a picture of how the fuel lines are hooked up? Which ones are return and which is feed?

    Throttle Body Coolant Line
I'm trying to remove the throttle body coolant feed to put my temperature sensor in how do I bypass it?

    Vaccum lines
Which ones do I bypass and how? I'm trying to remove the SAP but theres that sensor that connects to the SAP under the intake manifold.

I am refering to a fwe DIY's on this page but there not specific enough. Including http://www.e30dohc.com/wiki/index.ph..._Coolant_Hoses

Intake -- shave the fins off, but don't overdo it. What booster are you using?

Fuel lines -- front is supply, back is return

Evap-- don't delete it. Read up on it. Best to do it get a new canister and new lines so its not a mess and keep it OEM. Anything else, and you get fuel vapours everywhere.

TB heater -- just cap off the spider hose and run your sender in the head where the other end goes. Or plumb the head to the spider hose and run the sender in-line if you want to keep the flow OEM.

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean by what is he front or back of the fuel lines. Front facing the engine from its crank pulley or front as In side by side of the engine where the manifolds are?

And I'm running the stock e30 325 brake booster. Do you think I can get away with just shaving the intake?

What motor mounts are you using? You're planning on using the stock booster in the stock location?

Deleted fuel evap/charcoal canister in my turbo e30 with absolutely no fuel vapor issues. Just a heads up.

Using the green mounts, and I would like to keep the stock booster to keep things simple.

@FLG, And yeah I heard that a few times too, I would prefer to delete the evap system. It's pretty beat up and hardly any room to install the canister.

relocated the brake booster, shit was a bitch. only 2 bottom screws go on.

I kept the stock manifold, what do I do about the FPR?

How did you relocate it and only get two nuts on?

If you are going to just delete your evap system, I would still recommend venting it somewhere outside... You may also get an error code not plugging in the valve

I got a evap delete on my ECU.

I cut the charcoal canister off and put a filter on the end on the hose that is coming from the bottom of the E30. Can I just take the S52 evap valve and plug it into the filter?

What do I do about the FPR?

I shifted the brake booster to the driverside, theres clearance issues getting the top nuts from inside the engine.

For the FPR my understanding is you need the fuel pressure regulator that is mounted on the frame rail on the driver side of the m3.

I modded mine this way and have all 4 nuts on there. What do you mean no clearance from inside the engine?
