    m52 won't hold rpm

yesterday i was letting my car run for a while since i haven't started it. and upon letting it run i was holding the rpms at like 2k or so and come to find out that if i hold the rpms the engine ends up dying back down without taking my foot off of the pedal. i even tried it straight from the throttle body and same result.

no codes for tps or maf. if i unplug either one it runs like shit. i've cleaned icv and sprayed carb cleaner for vac leaks and nothing comes up. it's an obd1 m52. trm chip tune. ideas? similar issues? help??

I sprayed all the lines for vacuum leaks and came up with nothing. And the intake boot is brand new so I don't think it would have a crack. But someone mentioned my fuel pump. I got that tested as well and came up fine but we never tested it under load so I'm just going to swap that out and see what comes out of that
