    If your tstat is good, I would make sure you're bled properly. Feel the rad hoses to see if one is lagging in temperature and holding air.

    Did you use your m20 temp sender? Maybe your gauge is reading low. Try using a digital thermometer gun and compare if you have one.

      As a side Note, I drilled a hole in the 12 o'clock position on my thermostat to aid with bleeding. Also am not running the bypass valve.

        An air pocket would cause it to run warmer, not colder. Have you checked to be sure the temp gauge is reading accurately?

          Hcore hoses routed wrong is my bet. I get warm air in 4-5 min and burning hot air in 10 min. on my swap car with an 80C thermo.
