Wires out of the Fuse Box?

I am trying to restore/swap an E30 with an OBD2 S52 and am in the wiring phase. I got the E30 without a drivetrain inplace so several things were unhooked. The portion of the harness that comes out from under the fuse box has three seperate sections: 1 is the C101, the second has a couple of large black wires with ring connectors, that look like grounds and a two pin connector, I have no idea what these go to. The third is cut off about six inches from the fuse box but it has two or three wires in the sleeve, again no idea what these are supposed to go to. Can anyone point out what these are? Thanks

Black is NOT ground in your car: I cannot think of a single black wire anywhere that is ground...but i can think of dozens of positive wires that are black...

There is actually a saying: "Brown is ground the world around, everywhere except America"
