M50nv into a 318ti

Posting this for a friend.
Any information on this swap would be appreciated. Car has the m44 and and automatic transmission. He has knee injuries which prevent him from driving a manual so the slush box needs to stay. The donor motor is a 92 m50nv from a 5 speed car.
Looking for a list of parts needed and if this is a good idea or not.

Hes gonna need a e34 oilpan 944 brake booster e36 motor arms e28 motor mounts doesn't matter what color and I think you might need to get a need tranny brace
Just look up 24v swap info on google and it'll pop right up

The 318ti is a 1995 so I believe the motor will drop in as is. I'm wondering about things such as the throttle cable, cooling system, fan and DME, other wiring needed.
