If you are experiencing relays clicking it is because you are not properly grounded.
Guys this is gonna be useless to some of you and very important to others but listen to me when i say you can never have too many ground wires.
First off let me say that i had problems starting my engine when i finally got it in the car.I had checked over all my electricals for a day and a half, including: fuses, relays, checked bentley manuals checked chilton and online, followed wires back and forth on my harness, and even cut some casing to find out which color was which. The moral of this story make sure you have proper grounding.
Things to check before starting your engine when transplanted
1. DME/ECU needs to be ground
2.Coils need to be ground , to make sure just run a ground wire from the valve cover to the chassis.
3. As always the engine must be grounded to the chassis(most important)
