s50 no spark no fuel NEED HELP!!

Hey R3V! I'm new to the site and need some help. I just picked up a 1991 318is with S50 swap and can not get it going. As of right now I dont have spark or fuel. Hooked up snap on Verus and Code "26" comes up ( ECU BATTERY VOLTAGE ) Did a little research and people are saying DME is burnt out. Its running a Silver Label with Turner chip. Should I start with new DME? Any suggestions?

Make sure it is properly grounded. If that does not work, I would try another 413 DME, silver or red label, just to see if it fires.
