new to s50 world, couple questions

So I just purchased an s50 from a 95 m3. Sending head for magna flux, valve job, port work. I need to purchase an engine harness but am unsure if I need one from any obd1 m50 or does it have to be a m3 harness. I'll be studying up on everything s50 here on r3 and the suggested sites in the sticky's.

im pretty sure u can use a m50 one, but i used an s50 just to be safe

Just for posterity, as long as it is a VANOS m50 it will work for an S50 as well.
