Removed power steering pump, what size belt?

Hi.

I recently swapped an M50B25NV in my 89' Touring which has no power steering. I thought of removing the pump and get a shorter belt instead.
Does anyone know what size of belt I would need to run or how I can measure it?

Hope you understand what I´m trying to say. English isn´t my first language.
