e34 harness questions

I have the 318i brackets to mount my DME, but have no idea where/how they bolt up. if anyone has a picture that would be great.

i also have an extra connector over by the DME/engine relays and was wondering what its for. its a 12 pin connector, black housing.


edit: this is the auto trans connector.

got some pics of my mount for the DME but i feel as if im missing a bracket to bolt the assembly to. heres what i got

thanks man! i dont need any pins from it for anything such as reverse lights or anything?

bump for a picture on the 318i brackets mounted....still lost here. will put up a picture later of what i have later if no one provides a pic.

Here's how i did mine. You can't mount the dme the factory way with that bracket because the e34 harness is too short.

I stuffed my 413 inside the original M20 case. Bolts right up to the factory location. Didn't want to spend the money on a 318 mount haha :).
