Name that part...again!

Hi guys, we were about to attempt the first start of the swap, and we're filling the cooling system when a component shit the bed. I'm 99% sure it was the part in the above diagram that #1 and 2 attach to. Anyone have the part number so I can get this swap done?

Heater valve. It attaches to the heater core. There's two different styles, whether you have a metal or plastic capped heater core.

I think the split is actually in one of the lines that runs off the valve. Are these replaceable on their own?
