    Keeping a S50/S52 cool with a/c

So I have been seriously thinking about putting S50 or s52 in my e30
One concern I have is that I won't do the swap if I don't retain a/c but nobody seems to fit a clutch fan with these engines and I don't feel like a pusher fan can keep up in this hot ass city

Any body live in a hot area of the country and have a/c with there 24v

m50b28 11:1, working a/c, 100f here on puerto rico on a 30-40 minute daily commute sitting on traffic and the a/c blowing cold

9blade and cluth plus late rad (e30 everything)

forgot to add the most important thing, temp gauge never goes past 1/2

The diesel/euro (325tds) fan is a nice option for clutch fans. I'm currently running a couple of big SPALs. Be interesting to see what it's like when things heat up. If not, I'll go back to the euro fan.

Edit: Key win point is that it has a ring around the rim, so if it does happen to touch the radiator, both it and the radiator will stay intact.

I live near Chalotte and it's 90+ every day in the summer and run an S52 in my E30 and A/C with no problems. I used the CX Racing Aluminum E36 Rad, very slim dual pullers from DNA Motoring and a Derale fan controller. I left the stock electric pusher in and it runs as it normally would. with a 88c thermostat I run 188 to 192f most of the time and up to 208 or so after a hard run and then sitting in heavy traffic. Most modern cars run 205 to 220f all the time so this is pretty good. The fans just fit but they do fit.

The Radiator is pretty thick but it performs vey well for very little money.

I live in Bangkok. We can't drive around here without AC. I'm using only the stock aux fan right now because no room for a clutch fan and it's been fine so far. I'm planning to upgrade the fan to a SPAL soon.

I got A/C working with clutch fan and I live in Phoenix too. It can be done without a problem.

Stock radiator, condenser, puller fan and red clutch fan on a '93 e30 w/s50 convertible.

Couldn't drive the car in the summer without A/C relief. Works fine and idles too.

I had to clearence a few of the fan blades just a little bit to keep them from hitting the vanos but otherwise, it fits without problems.
