    Clutch fan help

Weird question kids, My car's aux fan blew up last night and I need a quick fix. Question is, what combination of clutchs&fans are useable and fit within my engine bay. Engine is a s52 with a m42 rad.

    Thanks

I just got a 524td fan blade, which is supposed to fit on any 3 bolt clutch... mounted on the back of the clutch its supposed to fit, but I havent tried it yet.

Can you grab a picture to compare thickness of 524td fan to the stock blades on either an m/s5x or an m20? I have a brand new fan clutch on my m20 and if this fan is significantly thinner than stock I'd love to grab something like that over doing an electric conversion with the 24v. I will still put a nice SPAL pusher fan in place of the aux unit, but in the meantime I like my good old reliable mechanical.

Im not talking about junkyards, thats why I posted the part number. I bought mine for about 60 bucks at the dealership. ECS tuning sells them too.. search the part number on google to get a pic.. I dont have time right now to post a pic of the fan, although its right here .. its only about 2" thick max

Drive with no fan. Go fast. That's what I've been doing

If you need it REALLY bad...pepboys/autozone/advance auto should sell an electric fan that will zip tie right onto your radiator. Wire it up to your aux fan wiring and you'll be good to go.....
