No spark no fuel, input appreciated

Alright guys recently finished install of s50 into my 89 325i and I'm not getting any spark and injectors are not firing.

I replaced the main relay, new cps which tested good and fuel pump is operational. With the key in the on position there's fuel at the rail just no injectors firing. I do also have power to the ignition coils.

Also triple checked all power/grounds and all are well. Purchased an adapter from a member here and I've gone over the wiring several times and all looks good.

With the key in the ON position, the check engine light does not illuminate at all. Does that mean I have no power at the DME? Or possible the DME is bad? What pins on the x6000 connector should i check for power? I do have power at pin #21 on the x20 which should be power for the dme.

I'm about 7 months in with the full motor rebuild and install so am really getting frustrated at this point.

P.S I'm running a silver label with Turner EWS delete chip

There are two wires that go to power distribution block and brown wire to the ground near where ECU location is. Other possibility is that chip is not installed right. Borrow known good red label unopened ecu for diagnostics.

I have the power wires attached at the distribution block and the ground at the shock tower. I've tried the chip in both directions to no avail. Ill try and find another ecu though. Thanks.

chip can get damaged if installed the wrong way
