Apparently header wraps are bad for the pipes...it enhances corrosion. Ceramic coating is supposed to be way better...Anyway it'll look killer with a little TLC...

Plenty of people here run the 318 rad. The trick is the electric pusher fan, 2 bottles of water wetter and more water than coolant. It runs fine dude. The hottest it ever gets is the 1/2 mark on the gauge. Usually it chills at a hair over 1/4.

Aluminum rad will come when i have a spare $500 to spend to replace something that i have that already works fine.

The corrosion from the header wrap should be much of an issue with all the stainless steel pipe. Ceramic coating looks good at first but has a tendency to look really really shitty in turbo applications after time. I know a handful of guys who had ceramic manifolds and down pipes who are now wishing they saved money and just wrapped them.

I suppose it's time to put up some shots of the engine bay. It still needs a little cleaning, but you get the idea...

Nicely done! Man I would love to feel how the throttle response is with ITBs!!!

ITB's and the lightweight flywheel = instant throttle response. It is truly amazing.

I'll have to get some body shots of the car now that I have the 17x9 TD ProRace 1.2's (245/40/17) and Ireland flares mounted. The stance of the car is very evil looking.

I see some set-ups with an aftermarket FAN like SPAL and some still has the factory FAN in front of the engine...what is better????

If the fan that came with the S50/52 engine fits in the E30 bay, why don't most people use it? Wouldn't it be better than you have it running all the time?
