I drilled a small hole into the metal firewall behind the battery tray cover near the power distribution block, ground away some of the paint until bare metal, and put a large self-tapper through the spade connector that would normally ground to the battery tray. Totally out of sight and hidden behind the M3 covers.Leave a comment:

The M42 cars use the battery tray ground point, thats what I used.
You can see it in the lower right corner

Did you make that heat shield or buy it from somewhere?
