Is it better to go with the stock e30 power steering hoses or with the e36? With the e36 hoses I can mount the power steering reservoir onto the oil filter housing right? And the e30 hoses it mounts up to the motor mount arm. Which one is better to run with?

with the e36 hoses it mounts on the engine mount arm.
I wanted to use the e30 ones and have it mounted up high so it's easily accessible but there's no room for it. at least with using the ix or 7 series booster. otherwise in performance or durability there's no difference. -

that gives you some room to spare for sure. you might be able to find a place. do you have cruise control? if not you could most likely mount it there.Comment

I used e36 328I hoses had to bend them a little but I got it all to fit. the resi is on the engine mount arm. no complaints with this set up.:borg:Comment
