euro s50 motor mounts

Hi, im searching info about the euro s50b30 swap motor mounts, i know the most used are the e28 rubber mounts, but i'm reading differente information.

reading it i dont know is the best mounts are the cilindrical mount or the other type like this

I am running the green 5 sided mount on both sides of my s52 and it works well, I have both sides spaced with a think washer though for exhaust and booster clearance.

I use AKG for motor mounts. I'll let someone else clarify on the E28 mounts.
For tranny mounts, I use the E21 mounts with aluminum cups.

akg motor mounts clear more the exhaust and the brake booster than the e28 mounts?..they are 150 dollars more than a pair of e28 mounts (50 dollars)

No. But they are stronger, fit better, give less play. And you don't have to guess which side you need to buy and how to install them.

You gotta have to work on the booster and exhaust clearance. As far as I know, no engine mounts are going to help you with that.

i am running a euro S50 motor in my E30 M3.
using E28 M5 engine mounts. one left and one right.
using stock E36 gearbox mounts
