The things just continue to fail at least convient times. Was working yesterday and the misses texted said our Ti was over-heating and as a car gal she shut it off imediately and let cool.

Drove home and grabbed the Tahoe and towed it home on the tow rope. Split end tak on the resevoir side as normal. It was 6 years old, that's pretty shitty for an OEM unit. Nobody had one so I spent my day driving to BAV in Portsmouth NH 160 miles one way because I'm leaving on another trip this week so misses wanted the air conditioning. Can't say I don't blame her but You'd think they would get away from these @#$% quality parts.

Put a Nissens in it wonder how that will hold up over a Behr?

those 318ti radiators are good, problem is that people use 200KPA cap, on aftermarket radiator, put a 140KPA cap in it and it will leak at the cap instead of blowing up the radiator.

I'm just gonna try pulling the expansion tank and see if the seal went craptastic. It's got a new one in for now. Just didn't need the unwarranted expense. Glad it happened prior to doing the coolant flush. Would have been a shame to pour 25 bucks of coolant down the drain.
