How do you guys do it? I have a 260 thats acting up and im hoping fresh oil will make it happy. Ive thought about a hose from the vent on the trans and gravity feeding it that way.

Get a cheap hand pump and cut the lube container to fit (the redline MTL bottle has a tall thin neck) and crawl under to put the house in and pump away from the engine bay with a catch pan underneath to let you know when it's full up.

But since the trans is at an angle it wont fill as much as it would if it were set straight. Will that difference in the amount of oil have any effect? Oils pretty important so im assuming it would.Comment
