I have a 94 m50 that I don't drive too often. I'm having a problem with it stalling while driving and it takes quite a while for it to start. Im getting a check engine light That says o2 sensor. Changed it and still coming up. Don't know what to look for next. Anyone have some suggestions?

Vac leaks. OBD1 diag is dull at best. If it senses a vac leak itll throw an O2 sensor or MAF code.

The traditional method to finding vac leaks is squirting carb cleaner near vacuum fittings. Less erosive to plastic and rubber would be using a propane torch held near these fittings, without it lit, of course.
It's weird that the ICV tube has fallen off the intake a few times. There is a tab that snaps into the manifold that is oftentimes broken. It doesn't always cause a vac leak, as sometimes you can just jam it in there and it won't cause a gross vacuum leak. I've also seen semi-collapsed vacuum tubes that go from the manfold to the FPR, just from all the gunk on them.
