Have any of you guys used a Stant thermostat? I know they used to be a big oem supplier and had a great reputation. They filed bankruptcy a couple years ago and moved manufacturing to China to escape the ridiculous unions in the US. I just wonder if there are still making quality stuff as i dont want to have to do this job again in a couple of years.

If you don't want to worry about it just get a German manufactured one.
Thermostat on an 24v swapped car is maybe a 15 minute job though... -
I think I used one, no issues. And yea changing it is easy

I have changed them before i just wanted to make sure i got one i could trust. I didnt want to wait on the OEM version from pelican parts but after reading reviews one the new China made Stants i ordered the OEM 80C version.Comment

I had trouble with the stant I installed recently,swapped it out and no more troubles.Comment
