My swap is a m52b28 obd2 car in a late model 91 318i..
EDIT* Did switch out the ICV for a good one.
The car on the initial crank jumps to 2k and will sit there for about 10 sec..Then it will start revving all the to 5k.
After the first crank I cannot get the car to crank! Its like the engine is flooded. I can smell gas on my oil cap :( I changed it last night so dont worry :)
I did do the e30 coolant temp on the head from Market Works and wired the #4 pin to the e36 pin 12. Both Brown/Violet..
I found the plug on the e36 and cut all the wires but the brown/violet and plugged it into the e30 coolant sensor. Is that correct? Is it possible my dme doesnt know the temperature?
This is driving me crazy because I want to drive it so bad!!
