    failed smog?...

Okay so I finally got my car on the road after my s50 swap and took it over for smog. I figured it would of passed with flying colors! Everything is replaced pretty much (knock sensors, plugs, cam sens, crank sens, ext) I reused my O2 from my e30 and AFM from a 525i from the junk yard... Bought a new universal magnaflow cat. Everything looks good but the HC, over on 15mph and just barley passing on the 25mph.

    15mph 2368rpm
    %CO2:14.8
    %O2:0.1
    HC:max 108 ave 40 meas 135 FAILED
    CO: max 0.50 ave 0.14 meas 0.28
    NO: max 767 ave 269 meas 483

    25mph 1945rpm
    %C02:15.1
    %02: 0.0
    HC: max 83 ave 30 meas 82
    CO: max 0.40 ave 0.11 meas 0.05
    NO: max 706 ave 216 meas 109

It's bugging me why this isn't passing! Any thoughts from you guys would be awesome!

Did you get the CA-specific magnaflow cat for the 1995 M3? Also, you need 2 of them (OEM is a dual-pipe setup).
