The rear end is out of the same E36 M3 as my transmission.(I have a wrecked doner car) I'm not sure what it's gearing ratio is, but I should end up with gearing identical to that of a stock E36 M3.
that diff won't fit into an E30, you will need to buy a rear subframe from a E30 325 or M3 and swap the internals of the E36 diff into the E30 medium case diff. The E36 diff will not bolt into the E30 body
