So story goes. I was rebuilding my vanos system and saw something was wrong with my timing chain. I started the investigation and found out I had no timing guides. Then it was time to disassemble my engine and get my timing cover off with out pulling my head and only dropping my oil pan. Which was a pain and not a fun thing to do with limited tools and out in the parking lot of my apartment. But everything went smoothly on the disassemble. Also I found out that my timing was off by about 15 to 25 degrees off. luckily I did not hurt anything.
First off I made awesome speakers :)

Disassembly

Notice anything missing????

Oh wait I found what I was missing.

What I found at the bottom of my oil pan.

My working area.

Now just waiting on parts to get everything back together.
But to everyone, If you hear this noise dont be dumb, like me, and keep starting your engine. lol
