help m50 swap my m50 flywheel doesn't match the starter

i apologize in advance if this is a stupid question but im a bmw noob

ok from what i can tell there are 2 flywheels for the m50 one has bigger teeth then the other mine is the smaller of the 2 and from what i can find its from a 328(maybe a m52?) but i cant figure out what starter i need pls help

update got a m52 starter doesnt match i gave up and im going to pull a flywheel from a e36
