    HELP! Fault codes 015 + 073

    Hello everyone, happy new year

please read the below and help a fellow BMW enthusiast have a BMW smile in 2014

i'm running into an odd problem that is preventing me of getting all of the power from my E30 2.8 stroked m50 engine that was just rebuilt.
    i'm getting the following codes:
    015 ($0F) Ignition-circuit monitoring
    073 ($49) Throttle-valve potentiometer

i had a knock sensor fault code and i changed both knock sensor with brand new OEM ones, and that fault code is gone now.
i also had an odd reading for the IATS (Intake Air Temperature Sensor) which was reading -2 degrees Celsius, after changing it was reading in the last 30's and beginning of 40's
we thought that the problem is with the TPS, so we changed so many but fault is not solved.
we went as far as checking the wiring from the TPS side all the way to the ECU side, signal is there and no problem.

what are the reasons for those errors? please help me, I know for sure that there is so much yet to come out of the engine but those errors are not going away and limiting the output of the car.

any input on this matter is greatly appreciated.

For the ignition circuit check the resistor that is wired into the coil pack grounds. I just had this problem and that took care of it. Apparently that resistor is responsible for bouncing ignition signal back to the DME, and the get old and crack apart. Here is a link so you know what to look for.
