Have a MMW->TRM/Technica ECU flash?!! New release!

Due to EXTREME frustration with various tuners used over the years weve moved everything in house.

We are now doing all OBD2 24v swap flashes In house! In addition to PROPERLY deleting ALL CEL's necessary for a swap tune:
    Both secondary O2 sensors
Secondary air pump valve, relay, and min flow
    Running losses valve
    Fuel Tank Evap Valve
    Fuel Tank Pressure Valve
    Muffler Flap
    EWS

So on this note. If you have previously gotten an ECU from us please send it back in at your earliest convenience to have it reflashed properly for free. I have Emailed a few of you im aware of. We are one of the only people doing this 100% properly. We have 3 OBD2 swap cars in house that we have been testing on.

In addition to this we have been doing our own dyno tuning and have a few setups ready for release as well. Although most of you already have a peformance tune of some sort, for a small additional charge we can put 'ours' on your ECU. Below is a stock cam S52 with M50 manifold and intake/exhaust:

All our tunes currently are based around stock MAF.
We can adjust rev limiter/idle to whatever you want.
We delete the need for VSS (soft 5500 rev limiter) although it is still good to have.
    OBD2 Cold start idle deleted
    Top Speed limiter maxed
Performance variants based around M50 manifold, stock or aftermarket cams, etc.

The biggest thing with this is customer service/quality control that we have up until this point been unable to control. The flashes we previously used had a few issues here and there and the vendors were extremely difficult to deal with in getting problems sorted after they had their money thus the push for us to get this up and going in house. Now on the off chance an issue does arise we can not only deal with you directly but know that we are knowledgeable/controlling what exactly is going into your ecu we can get it taken care of in a timely fashion.

Introductory Pricing is 275$ for a complete swap performance tune including return shipping. All setups have been tweaked on the dyno.
-2.8L M52 with Stock Manifold, Stock Cams, 21.5 injectors/stock MAF,Etc (not yet available)
    -2.8L M52 with M50 Manifold, Stock Cams, 21.5 injectors/stock MAF,Etc
    -2.8L M52 with M50 Manifold, S52 Cams, 21.5 injectors/stock MAF,Etc
    -3.2L S52 with M50 Manifold, Stock Cams, 21.5 injectors/stock MAF,Etc
-3.2L S52 with M50 Manifold, Schrick Cams, 24lb injectors/stock MAF,Etc (Will not be available for another week or two till a customers build is complete and can be tweaked on dyno)

We can convert a S52 ECU to an M52 one and vise versa so as long as you have a MS41 in some form or fashion we can set it up to run your swap setup.

A remote cable solution is in the works pending a little better encryption. :P

And we do have ECUs in stock if you dont have one for a little additional cost :D

I have an OBD1 tune that has a TRM chip. My car was swapped at your shop there in GA. Am I affected? I have been trying to chase down a weird idle problem for awhile now, and I'm thinking it might be software.

He obviously didnt tell you. You need to contact TRM about the chip (ali provided). I troubleshooted it already that the chip was the problem.

Have you released pricing for various OBD2 flashes?

I'm curious as well. Are you going to be offering a cable to flash it ourselves like technica does? Remote tuning is nice vs sending an ecu every time for a reflash.

Dave, could you post up more information about the OBD2 cold start idle? Or a link? Thanks.

Will post up pricing later today.

As far as the cold start idle goes, some of the tunes others sell already have it deleted others dont. Basically for the first few min the car is running depending on temp not only does the car bump the idle up at first but it also turns the vanos on slightly as well as obviously attempts to fire the SAP. I basically turn the map down/off that tells it to do that and you get rid of that lumpy roughish cold start idle. You OBD2 guys that dont have it deleted with loud exhausts will really notice as you can hear the exhaust note change significantly after the car as run for a few min.

If one has a e36m s52 car and deletes the air pump its pretty noticable

Don't hesitate to get this tune by dave, he was very helpful with getting my DME reflashed ( I had previous codes for sap valve and running loses valve ). Great guys to deal with and keep in mind that they've invested alot of time and money into this so don't be afraid to tip them, I did just for the great customer service!

My car definitely does that and I hate it. I also misplaced the little electric valve for the secondary air pump so I get a CEL every once in a while because it's not plugged in.

How much are you charging for flashing for a 24v swap? No performance upgrades, or M50 manifold. Just getting rid of SAP, EWS, rear O2s, etc. i havent gotten rid of the muffler flap or evap... i suppose ill learn how to do that later.

Dave, what's the turnaround time going to be if we send in an ECU?

edit: I have a TRM flash/tune by way of you and RobertK, and it does this:
