I probably wouldn't keep doing it if you know you're dumping fuel as that's a good way to wash your rings.

      Same shit.

Life won't get better for you on this project until you figure out WHY the fuel pump doesn't require fuel relay to work.

Big clue: you got a short son.

Short on injectors harness could have one stuck open all the time....

Yes I know. I haven't been doing it much at all. I just tried today for the hell of it because I got all the mechanical things on the car such as drive shaft and sifter linkages.

I can't remember if you'd switched out the crank sensor for a new one? If so, try that, seriously. After fighting my no-start issue for a few weeks with very similar symptoms. I bought a brand new CPS even though both the ones I had ohm'ed out within spec and within a few minutes of cranking, it fired right up.

I tried two both within spec.

Also the car doesn't seem to want to do a stomp test?

reading this thread again, i caught that you mentioned you had the head off. recheck your timing! i know someone posted that its impossible to screw up timing if you are using the tools but it happened to me i had the cam locking tool and everything and still managed to screw up timing. same issue as you. crank and crank with a pop once in a while(like it would want to fire) but nothing. fixed timing and ran!

If you don't follow the instructions with the tools then you were dead to begin with.

Hope you didn't bend any valves. That would be slightly r3vtard (and normal for r3v)

This swap has electrical fail by installer. And will be infinite fail until meltdown is fixed.

So did I. Both used, both ohm'ed out well within spec. A brand new one installed and it fired right up. Not saying this is your problem, but it's much easier to eliminate that as a variable. Sorry I can't be of more help.
