318ic to m50, what power steering lines to use?

I'm about to head to the shop and I can't find anything online. I know I red somewhere months ago people can use stock lines but it's a tight fit or some bending is needed but which lines do I need? e30 or e36? Thanks! Sorry if I missed the thread.

Going to use both e30 lines, low pressure line shortened, reservoir will be mounted in e36 location. Low pressure e36 line from reservoir to pump, going to try e30 high pressure line first hopefully it works.

I have a 325is so it may be different. The high pressure hose from the rack bolts to top hole of the e36 pump. The line on the side of the pump goes to the reservoir. The lower line coming out of the steering rack also goes to the other port on the reservoir.
      Hope this helps

Sounds the same as what I was thinking, thanks. So you didn't have to swap the e30 steering rack high pressure line to e36 correct?
