Need help with e30 m50 swapped

just wondering if you guys can tell me just by the pics what my car has for a tranny, drive shaft, and diff and possibly let me know what is e30 and what is e36. Thanks

e36 trans for sure, otherwise the bolts to oil pan wouldnt line up.

so what do i run for a driveshaft?

e36 4 bolt rear flange driveshaft. easiest to find is 96-99 manual 328i or m3 driveshaft.

yes; to run a e36 diff you will have to attach the 2nd ear and fabricate a front bolt mount for it. otherwise will just bolt in.
