Vacuum or maf issue?? Help gurus!

So my swap is pretty much done just working out the kinks.

I've got an issue that I can figure out.

When I start the car the idle just keeps revving up and down till it finally settles in.

Also from the engine bay it kinda has a constant hiss coming from middle to rear around the injectors or under the intake manifold can't visibly find any lose broken or unplugged vacuum lines and the manifold has been off and re installed to make sure everything was tight and installed

Also tried two mafs but same thing with both

Can someone please give me some advice

Another thing is when you rev or drive and let off the throttle it always takes a sec or two to drop

Future search for the idle surge or hunt it is a vacuum issue

I searched with a lot of end results but mine ended up being this little bugger
