M50 nv cam

So I have look everywhere and can't really find much on this. I'm trying to find out what kind of cam upgrade I can do on this motor. It's for a 92 525i. I heard of doing the vanos swap into the motor to us the s50 cams but that's all I really can find. If someone can direct me or any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
