    Trans Brace info for G260

Hey guys. I once found a forum page with lots of info on the angles and stuff to make a 260 brace. I actually have a stock 260 brace from the junkyard that I will probably modify much like the pic below. Anyway I am looking for that forum thread (its from here or e30tech). Does anyone have a link to it? Ive been searching for an hour and cant seem to find it.

Nah. Not paying for a swap brace. I have a full shop/body shop with everything I need to make my own.

its pretty simple, just make the brace so it sits tilted 10 degrees...

on the pic you took that brace is made improperly as the passenger side wasn't flattened out, hence why the passenger side mount is squished.

you flatten the passenger side by 10 degrees, increase the angle of drivers side by 10 degrees. slot holes so the mounts can sit where they want to sit.

              not rocket appliances

Or get some flat stock and just build a new brace, less work than hacking a stock one.

You can always click a button and have one at your door within 4 days and have it work perfectly.
Not that I would know anyone that is capable of doing that ;)
