M52 m20 clutch throwout bearing issue solved .. I think

So we all know that you SHOULD have a longer TOB when using m20 clutch kit on m52 w xfinity trans..
And I know some ppl dont and dont have problems..

What do ppl think of this.. I welded 2 nuts to the tabs on the bearing to make it 4mm longer... any comments or thoughts.. I also greased the he'll out of it

Interested in this since I'll be starting an M52 ZF with an m20 clutch kit swap soon. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Throwout bearing and slave should always match the trans.

works great so far.. and i would match every thing but i needed a longer throw out bearing due to shorter clutch .. and not paying 140 for euro bearing

pretty sure you can buy 2 euro 323i TOBs for $140...
