Need help! Dme relay buzzing,no spark or fuel (m50) need expert!

Hey guys I'm in the middle of doing an m50 vanos swap in my e30...let me try to make this short and simple..
1: I have ZERO chassis wiring in my e30...nada! All wiring gone
    2: drivetrain is from a 3/94 325is (motor,ecu,etc)

I got everything into the e30 to the point where itl turn over, but my dme relay is buzzing right when I turn the acc power on, also my dme isn't sending a signal to turn my fuel pump on. So I ran my own wires to turn my pump on, then I tried starting it and it sounded like it had no spark...so I checked for spark and I get nothing...what am I missing?

Check power coming to the fuel pump and ECU relays.

I already grounded the fuel pump and I have the power wire coming from the pump straight to the ecu (because the fuel pump relay is in the engine harness and the ecu powers the pump..correct me if I'm wrong) the dme isn't sending that signal to the fuel pump, the dme relay is getting power, (too much) I disconnected one of two of the bigger red wires going to the dme relay and then itl function properly, but I still won't be getting fuel or spark...and what do I do with the red wire I disconnected from the dme relay?

Can someone please specify which pinnouts I need to have the motor running? I have the obvious ones but is their anything specific I'm missing? And also I'm putting the e36 cluster in my e30, but nothing is hooked up to the cluster at the moment...will that make the engine not run? The reason why I ask that is because does the dme need a signal from the cluster to power the motor up?

Pin7 on c101 (21 x20) is technically the only wire you need
To tell the ecu it's time to run, other than the power/ground wires
            For
            The harness.

Ok I figured out the buzzing noise, I replaced my dme, now I'm not getting fuel or spark, on pin 7...does that big green wire need to see a ground? Or positive?

I have no wiring in my e30 as I said earlier so I'm not using the e30 connector, I have the full e36 connector in my car and I need to power this bitch up, I'm not getting fuel or spark, I'm going to check my crank positioning sensor right now

Pin 7 on the X20? That is EWS. Leave it disconnected/floating. Remove that wire/pin if needed.

Is your DME grounded? I was getting a buzzing relay when i was setting my car up and it wouldnt start, I them moved the DME and rested it against the ground on the strut tower and it all worked.

Can someone please check my X20 to C101 plug connection -
