Trans and clutch questions, may be urgent!

    Hi everyone,
yesterday I blew another g240,the second one, on my m50 w/m20 flywheel and clutch,I don't feel like blowing another one so I'm going g250,so here come the questions:

-Can I use my m20 flywheel, starter, clutch, throw out bearing with a g250,just swapping the transmission?

-I know that a 325is e36 cross member will be the adequate length, what other modifications will I need to make it fit correctly?

-Which shift linkage will make the job? custom?

I'm in a little hurry, the car must be running on wednesday

    Thanks in advance!

I can't definitely answer your question about the starter/flywheel/clutch fitting but I'm nearly positive you use the stock G250 linkage. Another thing to consider is this trans has different ratios than the 240. If you're still running the stock 4:10 rear end you're going to be turning some pretty high RPM's at highway speed.

I used 323i TOB on my last M50/G250 swap w/m20 single mass Flywheel/Clutch/PP
It is a little taller (5-7mm) IIRC
