running lean and lack of power, I need your help

hey I dynoed my car today and am very dissapointed in he results.

    I go 178 rwhp and 198 ft/lbs of torque

    picture of dyno graph

    mods on the car are...
    S52 engine
    M50 intake manifold
    24# injectors
    chuck stickley chip
    euro HFM
    intake
    8.5 lb flywheel M5 clutch
3 inch exhaust all way back (in preparation for turbo in future)

I posted a link because the picture is pretty big

i did a compression test today after the dyno and the results are:

    200
    195
    195
    170
    195
    192

anybody have any ideas what the deal is?

What's up with number 4? the other numbers are good but 4 is not good.

Is the software burned for compatibity with the mods ie the larger HFM and injectors? Your picture was hard to read I could barely make out the writing and could not see the AFR scale.

yeah the chip is made for all the mods I have

I will scan in the pic tomorrow when I go to my moms for easter. I just had to take a picture of it since thats the best I could do for tonight.

cylinder 4 has been like that for a while, It dynoed at 217 to the wheels and 220 ft/lbs of torque when it was in my e36. do you guys think something could have happened when it got in the wreck?

Compression is low. Have you done a leak down?

idle will sometimes fluctuate, to slight revving up and down

I talked to my friends dad who is a bmw tech and he said that even though the compression is low in that one cylinder it shouldnt be that low hp.
I am going to do a leakdown test, but my friends dad told me to get a fuel pressure gauge first and make sure that I have good fuel pressure.

I also posted a better pic of the dyno graph
